How do you measure the experience of conferencing apps?
We conducted detailed research on the state of conferencing experience using our Application Experience solution and came up with a comprehensive guide on the most recommended Virtual Conferencing as a Service (VCaaS) App for identified industries. Through the use of Application Quality Index (AQI), our proprietary index for measuring user experience, we scrutinized theperformance of different video conferencing tools like Google Meet, Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting, Bluejeans, and Zoom.
As shown in figure 3, the key components measured to identify the AQI is the responsiveness experience that includes running tests on Time to Launch App and Time to Join Meeting and the conferencing experience are the video bitrate, blur, sharpness, blockiness, freeze time index, and freeze event index. By monitoring AQI under different conditions, CIOs can keep a tab on the experience of VCaaS apps and pro-actively solve Issues that could later cause loss of productivity.

Is Google Meet the best app for my business then?
Answering which app is the best app for your enterprise is not that simple. As the needs differ in every industry, it is fundamental to benchmark apps In various conditions to choose the right VcaaS tool for your own company. Once chosen, you need to continuously monitor experience to ensure that productivity levels are high.
Our research showed that Teams was the most versatile app among all available VCaaS tools.
